Please avoid including highly sensitive personal, medical, or financial information in messages, including prayer requests.

Technical website information

Our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request information, and security-related data to operate and protect the website.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

• Deliver requested resources and email updates.

We do not share our subscriber list with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Services We Use

PBM Resources relies on third-party providers to operate its website and communications.

Netlify hosts our published website and processes contact-form submissions. Contact messages may be stored in Netlify's systems and delivered to our business email account.

Brevo manages our email subscriber list and sends email updates and requested resources. Brevo may process email delivery, subscription, and engagement information.

GreenGeeks hosts our business email account and stores correspondence received through that account.

Google Fonts provides typography used by the website. Loading these fonts may involve requests to Google's servers.

These providers process information according to their respective services, contracts, and privacy practices.

Payments

Visitors who choose to support PBM Resources through the Help Wonder Grow button are directed to a secure checkout page operated by PayPal.

PBM Resources does not collect or store payment-card numbers through its website.

PayPal processes payments and may share transaction information with PBM Resources, such as payment amounts, transaction details, and payer contact information.

PayPal's own privacy policy governs information collected during checkout.

Contributions support an independent publishing business and are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations.

Cookies and Browser Storage

Our published website uses functional browser storage to support features such as restoring page positions.

During our October 2026 review of the Netlify-hosted website, we did not observe advertising cookies or the Lovable analytics requests present on Lovable's separately hosted version.

However, website infrastructure and third-party services may use essential security technologies, technical logs, or similar mechanisms.

We do not intentionally use advertising trackers on the PBM Resources website. If we introduce additional analytics or tracking technologies, we will update this policy and provide any choices or consent mechanisms required by applicable law.

Protecting Your Information

We use HTTPS to help protect information transmitted between your browser and our website.

We rely on established service providers and take reasonable precautions to protect access to information entrusted to us.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Email Preferences

Joining the PBM Resources email list is voluntary.

Our marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. You may unsubscribe at any time.

You may also contact us to ask about accessing, correcting, or deleting personal information we maintain, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Information Retention

We retain subscriber information while needed to manage subscriptions and communications, including unsubscribe preferences.

Contact messages are retained as reasonably necessary for correspondence, recordkeeping, security, or legal requirements.

We periodically review information and may delete records no longer needed. Service providers may retain certain backups and technical records according to their own practices and applicable obligations.

Children's Privacy

PBM Resources creates books and resources for children and families. However, our email signup and contact forms are intended for adults.

We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under age 13.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
